Fraud generally refers to harms,
damages, injury caused by any kind of deception or financial crimes affecting
not only what one has but also what one is. Therefore, what is true for
financial crimes, it is also true for financial transactions. There are
all sort of fraud in market exchanges among human beings. What we have here is
a highly sensitive area in between disintegration and systemic fraud and lying
all around the world. I'm not going into explanation and evaluation of
the classical crime theories. Main
questions are the following:
- We can calculate financial fraud, but how do we measure bad faith in financial transactions ?
- How can we evaluate the words of the Hebrew that refers to "fraud" in financial transactions ?
- Do we need to rethink and reconsider the status of fraud in the modern world ?
